Operation & Maintenance Business
With the expansion of business, the Group consolidated the metro information system (line level and net-work level) provision of design, implementation and sale of related hardware, spare parts and software to System Integration Business. Operation & Maintenance Business has now been developed to one of the independent business modules of the Group.
The Group maintains an advanced management system and control method. Based on the data acquired in the process of system operation, the Group could guarantee the metro information system compatibility on both network and line levels as well as the evaluation quality standards of system operation.
The Group obtains project agreements for application solutions integration through tender process and will provide two years warranty period. After the warranty period, pricing for the maintenance agreements is generally determined with reference to the type of services provided (such as technical services, inspection of hardware and software, software support and consultancy services required). The maintenance contracts are usually on a yearly basis and may have a term for more than one year.
